Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in world-class manufacturing; supervisor experience.
• 3–5 years Lean CI experience; Lean TPM knowledge.
• Ability to lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach manufacturing supervisors and hourly teams to achieve goals.
• Drive weekly production plans and schedule attainment.
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost through Lean initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects with safety, maintenance, engineering, and planning.
• Develop performance metrics and reports for management review.
