Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to join our Long Term Care Therapy team in Montana, serving geriatric populations in Assisted Living and LTC facilities.

We offer a compensation package with base salary and incentives, 70k to 100k+ annually, plus generous PTO, CEU allowances, and AI-assisted note-taking tools to streamline documentation and reduce after-hours charting.

Qualifications

• Master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, or another eligible field and Montana licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• NPI required; Medicaid/Medicare credentialing a plus.
• Vaccinations or exemptions may be required at some facilities; TB test and CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• Proficient documentation in EMR systems (Athena I) and adherence to agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consultations at partner SNF/LTC facilities.
• Collaborate with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff for holistic patient care.
• Document in a timely fashion remotely in the EMR (Athena I).
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.

• TB Test.
