Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking Independently Licensed Therapists (LCSW/LMFT/LPC) to join our Long Term Care Therapy team in Montana. You will provide diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and treatment planning at partner SNF/LTC facilities, with collaboration across psychiatrists and care coordinators.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree with Montana licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• NPI (National Provider Identifier).
• Medicaid/Medicare credentialing a plus.
• TB test required.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting in-person at partner SNF/LTC facilities.
• Collaborates with BHS psychiatrists, psychologists, care coordinators, and facility staff for holistic patient care.
• Completes documentation in a timely fashion remotely in our EMR (Athena I).
• Complies with agency policies and procedures.
