Behavioral Health Solutions, Inc. seeks an Advanced Psychiatric Practitioner (PMHNP, PA-C) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility Psychiatry team in Montana. Provide direct psychiatric services for a geriatric population in SNFs.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Montana by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.
• Licensed by the Montana Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (DEA)
• 1 year of Geri Psych Experience.
• 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
• Appropriately diagnose DSM-V disorders and develop treatment plans.
• Apply appropriate medical decision-making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non-pharmacological treatments.
• Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.

Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified Advanced Psychiatric Practitioner (PMHNP, PA-C) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Psychiatry team in Montana. Our team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services to the underserved geriatric population residing in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities.
