The Field Associate at Beeflow supports pollination programs in the field, performing regular fieldwork, data collection, and basic beekeeping tasks to assist operations and research at client farms.

This seasonal role requires comfortable outdoor work in varying weather, walking through crops, and occasional travel between farms to implement Beeflow protocols and collect timely field observations.

• Field-based role requiring outdoor work in varying weather.
• Ability to walk through agricultural fields and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to travel between farms or field locations as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor crop phenology and development during pollination.
• Monitor pollination and bee activity per Beeflow protocols.
• Conduct field observations and collect accurate data.
• Assist with field trials and research activities.
• Support installation, monitoring, and maintenance of field trials.
• Perform basic beekeeping and hive-related tasks.
• Assist with transportation, placement, and monitoring of beehives.
• Record and report field observations and operational information.
• Support data collection during harvest or other crop stages.
• Follow Beeflow's protocols and coordinate with Operations team.
• Travel between farms as required.
