Job summary

Beeflow is seeking a Field Associate to join our Operations team and support pollination program implementation at client farms.

The role involves regular fieldwork and data collection, including monitoring crop development and pollination, assisting with basic beekeeping tasks, and supporting operational and research activities. Travel between farms may be required depending on assignments.

Qualifications

• This is a field-based role requiring outdoor work across farms.
• Ability to observe and record crop development and pollination data.
• Comfort with basic beekeeping tasks and field activity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor crop phenology and development during pollination period.
• Monitor pollination and bee activity per established protocols.
• Conduct field observations and collect accurate, timely data.
• Support field trials and research activities—setup, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Perform basic beekeeping tasks and hive management.
• Assist with hive transportation, placement, and monitoring.
• Record and report observations and operational information.
• Support data collection during harvest and other crop-cycle stages.
• Follow safety and fieldwork protocols.
• Coordinate with Operations team and client personnel.
