Job summary

The Boca Raton is seeking a friendly Monkey Bar Host to welcome guests and manage reservations in a refined, high-volume setting. This part-time role prioritizes a warm, polished first impression and smooth guest flow throughout peak dining hours.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, escorting them to tables, updating reservations in SevenRooms, and communicating clearly with servers and management to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or restaurant greeter in refined/high-volume environments preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and confirm reservations.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and ensure guests feel welcomed.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists using SevenRooms.
• Coordinate seating and communicate with Servers, Captains, and Management.
• Keep host stand clean and organized; perform opening/closing duties.
• Assist guests with directions and special accommodations; attend trainings.
