You will manage appointments, patient flow, phone lines, and transactions while delivering compassionate service and accurate information about our services.

The role offers full-time or part-time options with a compensation of $17-$23 per hour. Polish speaking a plus; benefits include health, life, EAP, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-front desk experience preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-line phone system and assisting in-person clients.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software, especially Pulse preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, professional service in routine and emotionally sensitive situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
• Ability to process payments and maintain financial records.
• Remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods.
