Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Polish Speaking Solutions Consultant to join our Customer Support Services team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will provide support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and document interactions in our CRM system.

You should be fluent in Polish, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in a dynamic, team-focused environment. A valid EU passport is mandatory for this role, and a relocation package is available.
