Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Polish Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our fast-growing team. You will answer customer enquiries and provide player support via phone, email, and live chat, working remotely from Bulgaria with full training.

Relocation is supported; you must have Polish at C1/C2 and strong English, and you’ll benefit from a fully paid training program, a stable role, and health insurance as part of an attractive package.

Qualifications

• Polish language at C1/C2 level, both written and spoken.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Experience in back office gaming support is a plus.

• Answer customer enquiries and provide player support via phone, email and live chat.

• Handle related administrative tasks and ensure timely responses.
