You will resolve inquiries about automotive products, services and repairs, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Polish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably automotive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency with customer service software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and repairs.
