Job summary
Acrisure is seeking a Policy Validation Research Specialist to review, analyze, and validate policy-related exposure, premium elements, and documentation to ensure accuracy across lines of business. You will investigate discrepancies, confirm data integrity, and communicate findings with internal teams and carriers.
After onboarding, you will work on-site to support collaboration and cross-functional partnership.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations, research, underwriting support, or policy validation.
- Experience reviewing policy accuracy, exposure details, or documentation is preferred.
- Brokerage or carrier experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review agent, customer, carrier, and internal system data to verify exposure, premium, and policy information.
- Identify and analyze discrepancies in documentation, system entries, and policy details.
- Determine possible causes of variations and prepare concise findings summaries.
- Conduct thorough reviews using multiple systems, portals, and documentation sources.
