Qualifications

• 1–3 years in insurance operations, research, underwriting support, or policy validation.
• Experience reviewing policy accuracy or exposure details preferred.
• Brokerage or carrier experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review agent, customer, carrier, and internal data to verify exposure and premium accuracy.
• Identify and analyze discrepancies and prepare concise summaries.
• Collaborate with underwriting, accounting, customer care, and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and update workflow systems.
