Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Policy Strategist to translate Medicaid policy into actionable system decisions and practical program operations.

You will collaborate across product, design, and engineering to ensure compliance and effective implementation of integrated eligibility workflows. You’ll research federal and state requirements, communicate findings clearly, and help set priorities with teams new to policy strategy.

Formación

• 3+ years of policy analysis experience or equivalent
• Ability to research statutes, regulations, and agency guidance and apply to programs
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication in policy contexts
• Understanding of public programs across multiple government levels
• Ability to document research processes, findings, and recommendations clearly and concisely

Responsabilidades

• Translate policy into system behavior, workflows, and user experiences with cross-functional teams
• Identify regulatory constraints and ambiguities, and propose compliant, user-friendly solutions
• Create artifacts to support decision-making and prioritization
• Support testing and validation of policy implementation and edge cases
• Conduct landscape research and translate findings into implications for implementation and engagement
• Synthesize research into clear communications for diverse audiences
• Build external partnerships to exchange implementation lessons and opportunities
• Contribute to advocacy strategy development and execution
