Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Policy Strategist to translate policy into concrete system behavior and actionable guidance for an integrated eligibility platform.
You will collaborate across product, design, and engineering to align regulatory requirements with user-centered solutions. You bring 3+ years of policy analysis, Medicaid policy experience, and strong communication skills to develop research plans, synthesize analyses, and support implementation decisions in a remote-friendly
Qualificações
- 3+ years in policy analysis or related graduate education and experience.
- Ability to translate policy findings into concrete recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication with cross-team collaboration.
- Experience with Medicaid eligibility or similar programs is preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Translate policy into system behavior, workflows, and user experiences.
- Identify regulatory constraints, risks, and ambiguities; propose solutions.
- Support testing and validation of policy implementation.
- Conduct landscape research on evolving policies and implications.
