We’re seeking a Policy Strategist to analyze Medicaid policy and translate findings into practical recommendations for an integrated eligibility platform. You will independently research federal and state requirements, guide priorities with a cross‑functional team, and translate policy into system behavior, workflows, and user experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of policy analysis experience.
• Experience researching federal and state requirements and translating into implementation.
• Self-directed and comfortable working independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication in policy and technical contexts.
• Experience with Medicaid eligibility and enrollment policy.

Responsibilities

• Policy translation & implementation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate policy into system behavior, workflows, and user experiences.
• Identify regulatory constraints, risks, and ambiguities and propose solutions balancing compliance and user experience.
• Support testing and validation of policy implementation.
• Conduct landscape and cross-jurisdictional research to monitor evolving policies.
