Nava United is seeking a Policy Strategist to help us increase our impact within government. You will translate policy into system behavior, guide cross‑functional teams, and help set priorities for an integrated eligibility platform.

You will research Medicaid policy, analyze requirements, and translate findings into concrete recommendations for product, design, and engineering teams. You’ll develop research plans, synthesize analyses into actionable guidance, and stay current on policy trends

Qualifications

• 3+ years of policy analysis or equivalent experience.
• Experience researching statutes, regulations, or agency guidance.
• Ability to translate policy findings into actionable decisions for teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in policy contexts.
