Job summary

Ameritas in Lincoln, NE is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage issuance, administration, and customer service for our enterprise cases, products, and plans. You will interpret requirements and ensure accurate processing in line with procedures and regulatory directives.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with producers and customers, resolve inquiries with empathy, and stay current on product education and training.

Qualifications

• H.S Diploma or GED is required.
• Less than 2 years related experience is required.
• Experience with group dental and vision benefits is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researches customer needs and develops solutions within defined authority.
• Fields customer inquiries with empathy and patience.
• Maintains working knowledge of organizational functions related to administrative tasks.
• Communicates with producers and customers to support cases.
• Meets or exceeds service standards for accuracy and turnaround time.
• Performs account reconciliation using appropriate systems.
• Collaborates with Legal and Compliance on complex cases and complaints.
• Handles special assignments and projects within given timeframes.
• Keeps product and case education current through training and coaching.
