Job summary

The Juris Agency in the United States seeks a Policy Services Representative to provide processing and administrative support to Account Managers, Producers, and customers. This role helps move policy service work by handling transactions, verifying information for accuracy, and maintaining electronic files, while assisting with claims follow-up and routine service needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Insurance experience not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers and visitors, answering calls, taking messages, and directing questions or service needs to the appropriate team member.
• Assist walk-in customers with routine service needs and payments, providing support or connecting them with an Account Manager when needed.
• Process policy transactions, including changes, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and other service requests.
• Review policy documents and transaction information for accuracy and follow up on corrections when needed.
• Assist customers with routine service needs and coordinate with Account Managers and Producers on more complex requests.
• Provide administrative and processing support for claims, proof of insurance, carrier documents, and other customer needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within agency management and workflow systems.
• Manage assigned tasks and follow up on outstanding items to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Work collaboratively with customers, Account Managers, Producers, insurance carriers, and other team members to resolve service needs.
• Participate in training and assist with other service and administrative responsibilities as needed.
