Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience is a plus.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Energetic, team-oriented, and capable of inspiring clients and coworkers.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process changes, applications, and payments with accuracy.
• Handle phone calls efficiently and answer questions.
• Generate leads by using sales techniques to enhance the customer service experience and up-sell.
• Identify clients' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Communicate professionally with clients.
• Schedule client appointments.
• Email, file, and perform other ad hoc tasks as needed.
