Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Policy Service Representative in Flower Mound, TX for full-time employment. The role focuses on delivering exemplary customer service in a high-volume call environment, handling policy servicing tasks and ensuring accuracy in documentation and data entry.

The individual will work with underwriting and claims teams to align servicing with underwriting intent, review and process policy changes, and prepare reports and correspondence related to policy servicing activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in insurance operations or related administrative role.
• Understanding of policy administration processes and systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Auto insurance knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements in accordance with company guidelines.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission or policy issuance.
• Maintain policy records and documentation in system databases accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to inquiries from agents, brokers, and internal teams regarding policy status or documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure policy servicing aligns with underwriting intent.
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and correspondence related to policy servicing activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policy, regulatory requirements, and service-level agreements.

The Policy Service Representative will provide exemplary customer service in a fast paced, high call volume environment. The representative will display effective time management and sound decision-making abilities. The representative will deliver meticulous underwriting with attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
