EnergyHub is seeking a Manager of Policy and Regulatory Affairs to accelerate growth through legislative, regulatory, and policy advocacy. The role leads engagement in public utility commission proceedings and legislative sessions to scale customer programs and unlock value from demand flexibility.

You will research regulatory developments, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and build lasting relationships with state and federal regulators to drive grid‑scale adoption of DER and DR

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS with 5–10 years in energy sector; JD/MPA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience with federal, state, and utility-led DER, demand-side management, or grid modernization initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead regulatory and legislative engagement strategies for central and eastern US, focusing on Midwest markets.
• Advocate for grid modernization, DR, storage, rate cases, and related programs.
• Educate regulators on DERMS and software-enabled demand flexibility.
• Build relationships with regulators, legislators, and utilities.
• Represent EnergyHub at industry conferences as a policy thought leader.
