TotalEnergies is seeking a Transmission & Interconnection Policy Manager to lead regulatory initiatives and shape policy in the U.S. You will represent the company before federal, state, and local bodies, ISOs/RTOs, and utilities to drive tariff evolution and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, power markets, or energy policy (U.S. energy sector preferred).
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex policy into actionable guidance.

Responsabilités

• Lead regulatory initiatives across solar, wind, BESS, and large load assets.
• Develop and represent regulatory strategies with ISOs/RTOs, utilities, and agencies.
• Advocate for TotalEnergies' interests in regulatory forums and policy discussions.
• Analyze evolving interconnection tariffs and regulatory frameworks; provide actionable recommendations.
• Translate policy into insights on risk, timelines, costs, and project impacts.
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings, comments, and proposals to influence policy outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
