Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently and supervise staff; 1+ years supervising laboratory personnel and operations.
• 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Exceptional writing skills for a wide range of documents and deliverables.
• Experience communicating with UCLA administrators, funders, policy makers and community representatives.
• Strong organizational skills to manage complex programs with short deadlines.
• Knowledge of program development, evaluation, datasets, financials, research principles including CITI training, grant writing, and university policies.
• Ability to learn new policies, procedures, and software to advance the program.
• Ability to train new program managers and staff.
