Responsibilities

• DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS as listed: support service design and implementation activities across clinic sites.
• Coordinate projects and stakeholders, including meetings, documentation, and cross-team communication.
• Assist with UI/UX optimization and usability testing under direction of Service Designer.
• Support workflow assessments, pilots, and continuous improvement activities with data gathering.
• Provide cross-team coordination and general research/program support to meet deliverables.
