Job summary

Keel Infrastructure is seeking a Government and Regulatory Affairs Analyst to support permitting, entitlement, and government relations across data center projects. This role blends regulatory tracking with engagement activities, including briefing prep and liaison with elected officials and agency staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Environmental Policy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in government, regulatory, or public policy support.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize regulatory information.

Responsibilities

• Track pending state and local legislation, rulemaking, and policy developments.
• Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and comments for officials.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain contact databases, and support agency engagements.
