  • Identify and track energy and data center infrastructure legislation across US States and Federal levels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, trade associations, and external consultants to assess policy issues impacting data centers.
  • Support policy engagement strategies informed by business needs and research.
  • Prepare memos and summaries on infrastructure and energy policies to drive internal alignment.
