Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Drug & Alcohol Programs seeks a Drug and Alcohol Program Analyst to develop statewide policies, monitor grant-funded programs, and provide technical assistance to improve recovery outcomes across the state's SOR initiatives.

You will lead team collaboration with federal, state, and local partners, perform program monitoring, data analysis, and policy planning, and maintain accurate records to support program design and funding decisions.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional experience in social service or human development programs.
• At least one year of program planning, developing, and monitoring experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with federal, state, and local partners to establish requirements, facilitate reporting, and improve outcomes.
• Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure compliance with grant agreements, reporting requirements, and other obligations.
• Evaluate performance and outcome data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present formal reports with data driven recommendations to support evidence-based decision making for program design, development, and funding.
• Provide internal and external partners with guidance and training to help resolve program issues, clarify policy, and support corrective actions.
