Candidates will manage heavy phone intake, draft concise messages, and prepare briefing materials for leadership while interacting with legislators and Capitol staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related administrative experience.
• Strong professional office administration and business English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Ability to manage high-volume phone intake and schedule coordination.
• Ability to read and synthesize dense statutory language.
