The role focuses on policy analysis, technical assistance, and coordinating stakeholder engagement to translate policy changes into practical resources for member agencies.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years of experience in the human services sector required.
• Experience with TANF, SNAP E&T, or related programs preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage TANF and SNAP E&T policy portfolios with project activities and deliverables.
• Conduct research on federal, state, and local policies affecting TANF and SNAP E&T.
• Deliver technical assistance, training, webinars, and practical program support.
• Collaborate across APHSA staff and external partners on cross-functional projects.
• Develop policy briefs, updates, presentations, and project documentation.
• Convene member meetings and serve as staff liaison to affinity groups.
• Build relationships with national and regional partners to pursue joint work.
• Support grant planning and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Present APHSA work at national conferences and coordinate sessions.
• Analyze data and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
