Job summary

State of Illinois seeks a Policy and Program Operations Administrator to oversee the Division of Family and Community Services’ E&T policy and program operations. The role requires strategic leadership across SNAP E&T, TANF E&T, and related workforce initiatives to design, implement, and monitor policy and program outcomes.

Qualifications

Requires four (4) years college with course work in social or human services.
Requires four (4) years progressively responsible administrative employment and training policy and program experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee E&T policy and program operations statewide.
Lead design and execution of policy and programmatic efforts for E&T access, effectiveness, quality, and compliance.
Establish and maintain relations with the Illinois General Assembly, Governor's Office, and other agencies.
Define and evaluate data to inform managerial decision‑making.
