Job summary

UCLA Outpatient Clinics is seeking an individual to assist with the execution of program operations under supervision. You will develop deliverables such as presentations, websites, social media content, communications, and other materials to meet mission and goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years of relevant experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in teams to support multiple partners and grant-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Demonstrated writing skills for diverse deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal/external partners.
• Experience communicating with UCLA administrators, funders, policy makers and community reps.
• Knowledge of evaluation, creating datasets, grant writing and proposal submission.
• Strong organizational skills for managing complex programs with deadlines.
• Knowledge of program development, evaluation, datasets, financial management and reporting.
• Familiarity with research principles and federal/state regulations.
• Willingness to learn new policies, procedures and software.

Responsibilities
