Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Policy Coordinator to maintain policies and procedures across the organization. The role focuses on tracking policy compliance within the Quality, Accreditation and Reporting Department and supporting survey-related activities.

The candidate will train end users on policy management software, ensure timely reviews, and assist with internal audits and process improvements in document management across the system.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree: Healthcare is required.
• Associate's Degree: Related Field is required.
• Experience in lieu of Education is acceptable per qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage policy and procedure review cycle to ensure documents are reviewed per policy.
• Train end users how to manage documents utilizing the policy software system.
• Track policy and procedure compliance.
• Assist the Accreditation & ISO Supervisor with survey-related activities including document preparation, data collection and internal auditing.
• Assist with process improvement as it relates to document management across the system.
• Communicate policy updates to staff and leaders.
• Prepare, maintain, and/or distribute policy compliance reports.
