Job summary

Carle Health in Illinois is seeking a Policy Coordinator to maintain policies and procedures and to track policy and procedure compliance for the Quality, Accreditation and Reporting Department.

You will manage the policy review cycle, train end users on the policy software, assist with survey-related activities, and prepare compliance reports across the system. This role supports ongoing process improvement in document management and communicates policy updates to staff and leaders.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in healthcare or a related field.
  • Experience in lieu of education may be considered.

Responsibilities

Manages policy and procedure review cycle to ensure documents are reviewed per policyTrains end users how to manage documents utilizing the policy software system.Tracks policy and procedure compliance.Assists the Accreditation & ISO Supervisor with survey-related activities including: document preparation, data collection and internal auditing.Assists with process improvement as it relates to document management across the systemCommunicates policy updates to staff and leadersPrepares, maintains, and/or distributes policy compliance reports.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $29.1per hour - $50.05per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.Carle Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for team members and providers.
