About the Role

Layr is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Policy Change Specialist to join our growing Customer Support team!

In this role, you'll manage commercial insurance policy changes and endorsement requests, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and with excellent customer service.

What You'll Do

• Process and manage commercial insurance policy changes and endorsement requests.
• Gather and verify policyholder information, policy details, and carrier requirements.
• Submit policy changes through carrier portals and established internal workflows.
• Track outstanding transactions, follow up with carriers, and ensure timely completion.
• Review completed changes for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally with policyholders, Broker Partners, and insurance carriers.
• Take ownership of assigned requests from initiation through confirmed completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet established service expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalates complex issues when necessary.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the customer experience.
