Job summary

Ethic Tech LLC seeks a Professional Support II to provide professional administrative and analytical support to Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Facilities Services Directorate (FSD). The role entails developing internal policies, reports, and presentations, and coordinating operations under limited supervision.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years in relevant roles, and strong Microsoft 365 skills, with US citizenship and an active Secret clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of management principles, administrative processes, and analytical methods.

• Ability to prepare concise, accurate written materials and professional presentations.

Responsibilities

• Draft internal policies, reports, and management briefings for leadership review.
• Support WHS/FSD operations by applying sound analytical and administrative skills.
• Conduct basic research and analysis to evaluate program or project performance.
• Develop graphics, visuals, and presentations to communicate findings to management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize policies and procedures.
• Collect and analyze data to support operational assessments.
• Provide direct administrative and logistical support to project or program leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned at the task order level.
