Clark County's Administrative Services Department seeks qualified candidates for the Management Analyst I/II (Policy & Analytics) role. The position joins the Policy and Analytical Services team, supporting the Administrative Services department, the Commission division, Government Affairs, and the County’s Senior Management team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration or related field; degree may be substituted by experience on a year-for-year basis up to two years.
• Management Analyst II requires at least 1 year of full-time professional experience in analyses and studies; public agency experience desirable.
• All qualifications must be documented in the application and not via resume.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and organizes administrative, operational, budgetary or other studies related to the assigned area.
• Determines analytical techniques and data gathering processes for analysis.
• Analyzes alternatives and makes recommendations on organizational structure, budgets, staffing and policy development.
• Oversees departmental activities such as capital improvement inventories and funding sources.
• Coordinates and prepares Board agenda items and budget development; reviews proposed legislation.
