Job summary

State of Georgia seeks an Assister Program Manager for the State-Based Exchange to lead the Navigator Grantee Organization and CAC Designated Organization processes. You will establish, develop and manage onboarding, licensing, examinations, trainings and program requirements.

Under limited supervision, you will coordinate with agency staff, ensure dissemination of regulations and guidelines, and oversee grant funding activities while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of experience managing professional staff OR seven years of related professional experience and three years at manager level.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, develops and manages the Navigator Grantee Organization and CAC Designated Organization processes.
• Oversees examinations, certifications, trainings and onboarding for Navigator and CAC entities.
• Coordinates with agency staff on licensing matters and disseminates regulations and guidelines.
