Job Summary:
The OCI Integration Lead / Project Manager will support Georgia Access, the State of Georgia’s State-Based Exchange (SBE), in ensuring a seamless integration of Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) partners and technical vendors with the Georgia Access Eligibility & Enrollment System. Under broad supervision, this role manages integration projects across their lifecycle and ensures compliance with CMS and SBE requirements, while coordinating with both public and private sector partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Operations
- Manage all aspects of CMS and EDE partner integration, including annual Operational Readiness Reviews (ORRs), technical implementation, and compliance.
- Lead review and approval processes for partner applications and change requests.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, partner statuses, and CMS interactions.
- Generate and present regular status reports to internal leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional review cycles with legal, policy, operations, and other teams.
- Monitor CMS EDE program updates and manage change adoption for Georgia Access.
- Lead risk management, issue mitigation, and escalation as necessary.
- Create and maintain project documentation, scopes, and visual tracking tools.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CMS, EDE partners, and health plan issuers.
- Facilitate meetings, technical discussions, and decision-making sessions.
- Communicate program and policy updates, technical status, and issue resolutions to stakeholders.
- Manage internal and external relationships across all levels of the organization and partner ecosystem.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- Master’s degree may substitute for 2 years of professional experience.
Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience in project or program management.
- Strong background in technology implementation and systems integration.
- Experience working with health insurance exchanges or CMS programs is highly preferred.
Skills & Tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira, and other project management tools.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Skilled in issue resolution, risk assessment, and compliance coordination.
Additional Details:
- Candidate must be a local resident of Georgia or willing to work onsite in Atlanta, GA at least 3 days per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and PII compliance is a plus.
