State of Georgia seeks an Assister Program Manager for the State-Based Exchange to lead the Navigator Grantee Organization and CAC Designated Organization processes. You will establish, develop and manage onboarding, licensing, examinations, trainings and program requirements.

Under limited supervision, you will coordinate with agency staff, ensure dissemination of regulations and guidelines, and oversee grant funding activities while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of experience managing professional staff OR seven years of related professional experience and three years at manager level.

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Under limited supervision, the Assister Program Manager establishes, develops and manages the Navigator Grantee Organization and Certified Application Counselor Designated Organization application and selection process for Georgia's State Based Exchange. Establishes and oversees examinations, certifications, trainings and requirements. Develops and manages the onboarding process for Navigator Grantee and Counselor Designation Organizations. Oversees Navigator and CACs program requirements while developing and implementing processes and procedures. Develops and manages the Navigator grant funding processes and procedures. Manages the Assister licensing processes and procedures. Coordinates with agency's division staff in regard to assister licensing related matters. Ensures the appropriate dissemination and communication of all pertinent regulations, policies, and guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Three years of experience managing professional level staff OR Seven years of related professional experience AND Three years managing at the level equivalent to area of assignment OR Three years of experience required at the lower level Mgr, Business Ops (GSM010) or position equivalent.

Note: An equivalent combination of education and job specific experience that provided the knowledge, experience and competencies required to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-year basis.
