Job summary

• Plan, assign, and evaluate activities of the police support services unit.
• Monitor service delivery methods and implement improvements.
• Prepare budget-related reports and analyses for command staff.
• Coordinate evidence handling, records, and public disclosures.
• Act as liaison with other agencies and the public; respond to inquiries.
• Supervise and mentor staff; ensure training and compliance.
