Snohomish County is seeking a supervising administrator to lead and train Law Enforcement Technicians within the Records/Information unit. You will supervise staff, schedule work, handle training, and ensure accurate data in law enforcement systems, while guiding clerical processes and quality control.

You will interpret procedures, respond to inquiries from the public and agencies, and coordinate time sheets, meetings and data integrity efforts.

Formación

• Experience supervising staff and training personnel.
• Ability to interpret laws, policies and court orders.
• Familiarity with law enforcement data systems and record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and train unit staff; schedule work and training; maintain training records.
• Enter and verify data in local, state and national law enforcement systems; respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate time sheets, monthly duty rosters and staff evaluations.
