Claims Management Resources in Oklahoma City is seeking a Police Reports Specialist to process auto accident police reports related to damage claims. You will verify claims information, enter data into CMR's software, and respond to information requests from claims adjusters, always communicating with courtesy and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication, basic Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and meticulous data entry abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years clerical or data entry experience required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Review, select, and process auto accident police reports associated with damage claims.
• Verify claims information.
