The Sausalito Police Department is seeking a Police Officer Trainee to train at a POST-certified academy and progress to a full-time officer after graduation. The role emphasizes community safety, sound judgment, and teamwork with a diverse population.

Ideal candidates are at least 21, of good character, and able to legally possess a firearm. The program includes a background check, examinations, and a robust benefit package.
