Experience with Microsoft Excel and strong customer service skills are preferred.

• High School Graduate required.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming police inquiries by phone and voicemail.
• Gather information from victims and witnesses for reports.
• Complete reports and supplements; enter into Records Management System.
• Conduct background research on cases.
• Work at one of the division locations for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
