Qualifications

• High school diploma and one year of maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and electrical trades.
• Ability to operate building equipment and lift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract cleaners and ensure building cleanliness and upkeep.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
• Inspect HVAC, alarms, utilities and safety systems.
• Transport vehicles for service and manage supply inventories.
• Set up community rooms for training or meetings and events.
• Maintain liaison with vendors and contractors for site improvements.
• Adhere to department policies and respond to needs of the precinct.
