Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Two years of progressively responsible experience in inventory control, warehousing, purchasing, logistics, asset management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages quartermaster and logistics functions: procurement, receiving, inventory control, storage, issuance, and disposition of uniforms, equipment, and assets.
• Maintains accurate inventory records; tracks employee equipment; conducts audits and forecasts needs.
• Purchases and issues uniforms, body armor, radios, safety equipment, and other gear per policies and contracts.
• Monitors equipment lifecycles, maintenance schedules, and replacement plans; coordinates repairs and reissue.
• Coordinates with Finance, Purchasing, Fleet, IT, and vendors on purchasing, budgeting, invoicing, and asset management.
