Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Police Department is seeking a Police Administrative Supervisor to lead essential administrative and operational support functions. The role covers records management, budget and procurement, and contract administration to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Preferably administrative experience in a law enforcement environment.

Responsabilités

• Plans, organizes, coordinates, and supervises police records management, administrative services, budget coordination, procurement, contract administration, and other department support functions.
• Obtains price quotes from vendors and prepares purchase requisitions per District requirements; facilitates procurement of safety equipment, office supplies, and related equipment.
• Manages and monitors District service contracts related to police operations; monitors budget expenditures and other fiscal responsibilities of the assigned sections.
