Job summary

McWane Ductile Ohio is seeking a Poles Quote & Order Management Coordinator to manage customer projects from quotation through order completion on site. You will coordinate with sales, engineering, production, scheduling, shipping, and accounting to ensure accurate quotes and timely delivery.

The role requires organizing multi-project workflows, reviewing engineering specs, preparing quotations, entering orders, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in order management or related fields.
• Experience interpreting technical documents, drawings, or engineering information.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP and MS Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specifications to develop accurate quotations for customers.
• Coordinate projects from quotation through order fulfillment and delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for quotes, orders, revisions, and project status.
• Maintain records of quotations, revisions, and customer communications.
