Job summary

Qualdoc is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Order Project Coordinator in Marietta, OH. You will manage configure-to-order and quick-ship projects, tracking them from entry to shipment while keeping internal teams aligned on schedules and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, order management, customer service, inside sales support, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate orders from initial entry through shipment and final closeout.
• Review sales orders for configuration, accuracy, and completeness.
• Monitor milestones including materials, production, testing, and shipping.
• Keep order and project information current in ERP and project management systems.
• Work closely with production, supply chain, quality, engineering, and logistics teams.
• Provide customer updates and communicate schedule changes promptly.
• Identify orders at risk of delay and elevate issues before they affect delivery.
• Coordinate shipping requirements, documentation, and customer-specific needs.
• Prepare internal and customer-facing project status reports.
• Help improve order tracking, scheduling, and related operational processes.
